🔁 Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

Proof of purchase (Order ID / Email) is required
Non-returnable items:

Personal care products (if opened/used)

Items marked as “Final Sale”

Customized or made-to-order products
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

Refund will be initiated within 3–5 business days

Amount will be credited to your original payment method

In case of Cash on Delivery, refund will be processed via bank transfer (you’ll be asked for details)
🚚 Return Shipping

If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost

For other reasons (change of mind, etc.), return shipping charges will be borne by the customer
❌ Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
