🔥 RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Zenvorian, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


🔁 Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase (Order ID / Email) is required

Non-returnable items:

  • Personal care products (if opened/used)

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Customized or made-to-order products


💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refund will be initiated within 3–5 business days

  • Amount will be credited to your original payment method

  • In case of Cash on Delivery, refund will be processed via bank transfer (you’ll be asked for details)


🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost

  • For other reasons (change of mind, etc.), return shipping charges will be borne by the customer


❌ Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible


📦 Damaged / Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos/videos as proof

  • We will offer a replacement or full refund


⏳ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your bank/payment provider

  3. If still not resolved, contact us
